The online price applies to online purchases paid immediately in full (100%) by bank transfer to the transaction account or through a PayPal account.<\/p><h2>Payment Methods<\/h2><p>The Provider offers the following payment methods:<\/p><ul><li>bank transfer to the account of the operator, Ur\u0161ka Colari\u010d (against a pro forma invoice); account number SI56 0400 1002 0180 742,<\/li><li>via a PayPal account, with automatic sign-in through an external link,<\/li><li>by Eurocard \/ Mastercard or Visa credit card through the PayPal application, without registration,<\/li><li>by credit card through the Stripe payment system.<\/li><\/ul><h2>\u00a0<\/h2><h2>Prices<\/h2><p>All prices are final unless expressly stated otherwise.\u00a0 Ur\u0161ka Colari\u010d is not a taxable person; prices in the shop are stated exclusive of VAT.<\/p><p>Prices apply at the time the order is placed and have no predetermined period of validity.<\/p><p>Prices apply to payments made using the methods and under the conditions specified above.<\/p><p>Despite every effort to ensure that information is as up to date and accurate as possible, a price may be incorrect. In this case, or if the price of an item changes while the order is being processed, the provider will allow the buyer to withdraw from the purchase and will also offer the buyer a mutually satisfactory solution.<\/p><p>The contract of sale between the provider and the buyer is concluded when the provider confirms the order (the buyer receives an email with the status Order confirmed). From that moment, all prices and other terms are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer.<\/p><h2>Special Offers<\/h2><p>Discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated in the terms of the promotion. One promotional code may be used per purchase.<\/p><h2>Purchase Process<\/h2><ol><li><b>Order Pending<\/b><br \/>After placing an order, the buyer receives an email notifying them that the order has been added to the queue. At this stage, the buyer can still cancel the order. Full details of the order status and contents are always available to the buyer on the provider\u2019s website.<\/li><li><b>Order Confirmed<\/b><br \/>If the buyer does not cancel the order, it proceeds to further processing, during which the provider reviews the order, checks the availability of the items ordered and either confirms the order or rejects it with a reason. The provider may call the buyer on their contact telephone number to verify details or ensure accurate delivery. When confirming the order, the provider notifies the buyer by email of the estimated delivery time.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li><b>Goods Dispatched<\/b><br \/>The Provider prepares and dispatches the goods within the agreed time and notifies the customer by email.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li><b>Returns<\/b><br \/>Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt. When returned, the item must be in its original packaging, in the same quantity and undamaged. The customer bears the return costs.<\/li><\/ol><h2>\u00a0<\/h2><h2>Warranty<\/h2><p>The warranty is valid provided that the instructions on the warranty certificate are followed and the invoice is presented. Warranty periods are stated on the product warranty certificates or on the invoice.<\/p><h2>Delivery and Returns<\/h2><p>The provider will deliver the goods or service within the agreed time, unless unforeseen events beyond its control occur (natural disasters, unexpected delivery delays by suppliers, etc.).<\/p><p>Unless otherwise specified, the delivery time is 2-7 days. For certain products ordered to a chosen configuration, we will inform you of the delivery time when you place your order.<\/p><p>The buyer (customer) pays for delivery and returns. Delivery prices are shown during the ordering process. The buyer bears the costs of delivery and returning items when exercising the right granted to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act for distance contracts.<\/p><p>Our contracted delivery partner is Po\u0161ta Slovenije, but the provider reserves the right to choose another delivery service if this will allow it to fulfil the order more efficiently. Po\u0161ta Slovenije reserves the right to deliver the parcel within 3 days of notification that it has been dispatched.<\/p><h2>Protection of Personal Data<\/h2><p>The Provider undertakes to safeguard all users' personal data on an ongoing basis.<\/p><p>The provider will use personal data solely to fulfil the order (sending information materials, offers and invoices) and for other necessary communication.<\/p><p>Under no circumstances will users' data be disclosed to unauthorised persons.<\/p><p>Users are also responsible for protecting their personal data by ensuring the security of their username and password.<\/p><h2>Communication<\/h2><p>The provider will contact users by means of distance communication only if they have not expressly objected to this.<\/p><p>Promotional emails will include the following:<\/p><ul><li>they will be clearly and unambiguously identified as promotional messages,<\/li><li>the sender will be clearly identified,<\/li><li>various special offers, promotions and other marketing techniques will be identified as such. The conditions for participation will also be clearly defined,<\/li><li>the method for unsubscribing from promotional messages will be clearly presented,<\/li><li>the Provider will expressly respect users' wishes not to receive promotional messages.<\/li><\/ul><h2>\u00a0<\/h2><h2>Disclaimer of Liability<\/h2><p>The provider makes every effort to ensure that the information published on its website is up to date and accurate. Nevertheless, item characteristics, delivery times or prices may change so quickly that the provider is unable to update the website information in time. In such cases, the provider will notify the buyer of the changes and allow them to cancel the order or exchange the item ordered.<\/p><p>The provider is not responsible for the content of product reviews written by visitors. The provider checks reviews before publication and rejects those containing obvious falsehoods or those that are misleading or offensive. The provider is not responsible for the information in reviews and disclaims any liability arising from that information.<\/p><p>Although the provider makes every effort to provide accurate photographs of the items for sale, all photographs must be regarded as illustrative. Photographs do not guarantee the characteristics of a product.<\/p><h2>Complaints and Disputes<\/h2><p>The provider complies with applicable consumer protection legislation. This is also the main obstacle to a consumer bringing a dispute before a court. The provider therefore makes every effort to resolve any disputes by mutual agreement.<\/p><h2>Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes<\/h2><p>In accordance with statutory provisions, Ur\u0161ka Colari\u010d does not recognise any provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution as competent to resolve a consumer dispute that a consumer may initiate under the Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes Act.<\/p><p>Ur\u0161ka Colari\u010d, which, as a provider of goods and services, operates an online shop in the Republic of Slovenia, publishes on its website an electronic link to the platform for online consumer dispute resolution (SRPS). Na\u010dini pla\u010dila Ponudnik omogo\u010da naslednje na\u010dine pla\u010dila: z nakazilom na ra\u010dun upravitelja Ur\u0161ka Colari\u010d (po predra\u010dunu); \u0161t. ra\u010duna SI56 0400 1002 0180 742, preko PayPal ra\u010duna z avtomatskim vpisom na zunanjo povezavo, s kreditnimi karticami Eurocard \/ Mastercard, Visa preko PayPal aplikacije brez registracije, s kreditnimi karticami preko pla\u010dilnega sistema Stripe. \u00a0 Cene Vse cene so kon\u010dne, razen \u010de je izrecno napisano druga\u010de.\u00a0 Ur\u0161ka Colari\u010d ni dav\u010dni zavezanec, cene v trgovini so navedene brez DDV. Cene veljajo v trenutku oddaje naro\u010dila in nimajo vnaprej dolo\u010dene veljavnosti. Cene veljajo v primeru pla\u010dila z zgoraj navedenimi na\u010dini pla\u010dila, pod zgoraj navedenimi pogoji. Kljub izjemnim naporom, da bi zagotovili najbolj a\u017eurne in to\u010dne podatke, se lahko zgodi, da je podatek o ceni napa\u010den. Ob potrditvi naro\u010dila ponudnik obvesti kupca po elektronski po\u0161ti o predvidenem roku dostave. Artikel mora biti ob vra\u010dilu zapakiran v originalni embala\u017ei in v nespremenjeni koli\u010dini ter nepo\u0161kodovan. Stro\u0161ke vra\u010dila krije naro\u010dnik. \u00a0 Garancija Garancija je veljavna ob upo\u0161tevanju navodil na garancijskem listu ter ob predlo\u017eitvi ra\u010duna. Garancijski roki so navedeni na garancijskih listih izdelkov ali na ra\u010dunu. Dostava in vra\u010dilo Ponudnik bo blago oziroma storitev dostavil v dogovorjenem roku, razen \u010de pride do nepredvidljivih dogodkov, na katere ne more vplivati (naravne katastrofe, nepri\u010dakovan zamik dostave s strani dobaviteljev..). V kolikor ni druga\u010de dolo\u010deno, je rok dostave 2-7 dni. Za dolo\u010dene izdelke, ki se naro\u010dajo po konfiguraciji, vas obvestimo o roku dobave ob naro\u010dilu. Pla\u010dnik dostave in vra\u010dila je kupec (naro\u010dnik). Cenik dostave je naveden med samim naro\u010dilom artikla. Stro\u0161ke dostave in vra\u010dila artiklov v primeru pravice, ki jo ima potro\u0161nik po zakonu o varstvu potro\u0161nikov za sklepanje pogodb na daljavo, krije kupec. Pogodbeni partner za dostavo po\u0161iljk je Po\u0161ta Slovenije, vendar si ponudnik pridr\u017euje pravico izbrati drugo dostavno slu\u017ebo, \u010de bo s tem lahko naro\u010dilo izpolnil bolj u\u010dinkovito. Po\u0161ta Slovenije si pridru\u017euje pravico do dostave po\u0161iljke v roku 3 dni od obvestila o odpremljeni po\u0161iljki. Varovanje osebnih podatkov Ponudnik se zavezuje k trajnemu varovanju vseh osebnih podatkov uporabnika. Ponudnik bo osebne podatke uporabil izklju\u010dno za potrebe izpolnitve naro\u010dila (po\u0161iljanje informativnega gradiva, ponudb, ra\u010dunov) in ostalo potrebno komunikacijo. Uporabnikovi podatki v nobenem primeru ne bodo predani nepoobla\u0161\u010denim osebam. Za varovanje osebnih podatkov je odgovoren tudi uporabnik sam in sicer tako, da poskrbi za varnost svojega uporabni\u0161kega imena in gesla. Komunikacija Ponudnik bo z uporabnikom stopil v stik preko sredstev komunikacij na daljavo le, \u010de temu uporabnik izrecno ne nasprotuje. Oglasna elektronska sporo\u010dila bodo vsebovala naslednje sestavine: jasno in nedvoumno bodo ozna\u010dena kot oglasna sporo\u010dila, po\u0161iljatelj bo jasno razviden, razli\u010dne akcije, promocije in druge tr\u017ene tehnike, bodo ozna\u010dene kot tak\u0161ne. Prav tako bodo jasno dolo\u010deni pogoji udele\u017ebe v njih, jasno bo predstavljen na\u010din odjave od prejemanja oglasnih sporo\u010dil, \u017eeljo uporabnika, da ne \u017eeli prejemati oglasnih sporo\u010dil, bo ponudnik izrecno spo\u0161toval. \u00a0 Odveza odgovornosti Ponudnik se po svojih najbolj\u0161ih mo\u010deh trudi zagotoviti a\u017eurnost in pravilnost podatkov, ki so objavljeni na njegovih straneh. Kljub temu, pa se lahko lastnosti artiklov, rok dobave ali cena spremenijo tako hitro, da ponudnik ne uspe popraviti podatkov na spletnih straneh. V takem primeru, bo ponudnik kupca obvestil o spremembah in mu omogo\u010dil odstop od naro\u010dila ali zamenjavo naro\u010denega artikla. Ponudnik ne odgovarja za vsebino mnenj o artiklih, ki jih napi\u0161ejo obiskovalci. Ponudnik mnenja pred objavo pregleda in zavrne tista, ki vsebujejo o\u010ditne neresnice, so zavajajo\u010da ali \u017ealjiva.
